Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising store staff
• Monitor inventory and stock levels
• Support daily sales and operational activities
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Prepare reports and assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior retail supervisory experience preferred
